A patient feeling unwell goes to a doctor. The doctor runs tests and after examining
the test results, he comes to have a conversation with the patient.
DOCTOR: “With me are your test results. I have both good and bad news. Which one
would you rather I tell you first?”
PATIENT: “I am having a bad day already, I could do with some good news first,
doctor”
DOCTOR: “Well, the good news is that the
disease you have will be named after you”
